OBJECTIVES AND ROLE

The Junior Committee is a group of young active scientists working in the field of dental implantology, representing the junior section of the EAO.
They assist and support the EAO Board in specific tasks and develop new ideas for the improvement and growth of the association. They represent the younger section of the association’s membership.

Aims and objectives:

The Junior Committee is responsible for the creation of a young, international dental community and a strong network between its members; the coordination of events aimed at young, active scientists working in the field of dental implantology.

THE JUNIOR COMMITTEE PROJECTS!

The EAO Junior Committee is currently working on its fifth Summer Camp!

This 3-day workshop will prepare the next generation of the EAO influencers, build a strong EAO professional community and transfer acquired knowledge to all EAO members with innovative sharing formats and platforms. It will be held from 31st May to 2nd June 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal. Previous projects:

  • My first Implant: theoretical sessions and hands-on workshops will be held by the Junior Committee during the EAO Annual Congress, to be held in Vienna, on 11-13 October 2018. This session is open to all participants who want to approach implant dentistry.
  • EAO-AIOP partnership: a session on the Digital workflow in implant prosthesis: is it always possible? will be held by the EAO Junior Committee members during the 37th International Congress of the AIOP. The Congress will be held on 16-17 November 2018. See all the information here.
