On behalf of the European Association for Osseointegration it is our pleasure to invite you to attend EAO 2003 in Vienna. The past EAO meetings in Paris, Bern, Berlin, Amsterdam and Milan and — last but not least — the successful event in Brussels offered outstanding scientific programs which were most appreciated and made EAO meetings the most attractive events worldwide in oral implantology.

Supported by the Austrian Society of Oral Surgery and Implantology, we are doing our best to make the forthcoming EAO meeting in Vienna as attractive and interesting as the events preceding it.

EAO 2003 in Vienna is designed to document the current state of the art in oral implantology for both researchers and clinicians. The venue we chose for the event, Vienna's Imperial Palace, ideally combines a perfect infrastructure with the unique atmosphere of a former imperial residence. We are sure that Vienna will show its loveliest face in October and we will do our best to make you enjoy its uniqueness.
