The EAO’s Certificate in Implant-based Therapy formally recognises individuals who have achieved minimum standards in oral implant-based therapy. The process assesses the candidate’s core knowledge and competence in implant-based therapy. It is particularly relevant to applicants who do not have an implant-based qualification from a university or other academic institution.
Practitioners who have been awarded the certificate will be able to include a special logo designed by the EAO on their business cards, stationery and marketing materials (as long as this is permitted under local law). Attaining the certificate will provide a benchmark demonstrating the practitioner’s skills and expertise in implant-based therapy across Europe.
